Capital Connection Program
A Structured Path From Opportunity to Qualified Introduction.
The Capital Connection Program is Dxxon Connect's core service offering, a disciplined, relationship-driven process that takes a qualified opportunity from initial submission through to a direct introduction with a mandate-aligned capital partner.
Program Overview
Not a Marketplace. Not a Database. A Managed Process.
Most capital connection services operate as databases or marketplaces, they aggregate opportunities and let capital partners browse. The Dxxon Connect Capital Connection Program works differently. Every opportunity is individually reviewed, screened, and matched. Every introduction is deliberate. Nothing moves forward without genuine alignment on both sides.
Participation in the Capital Connection Program does not guarantee an introduction or a successful capital raise.
Who This Program Is For
Founders & Project Owners
Operators with a qualified opportunity in one of our focus sectors who need access to institutional or alternative capital and want a structured, credible path to the right conversation.
Investors & Capital Partners
Institutional investors, family offices, and alternative capital providers with a defined mandate who want access to pre-screened, mandate-aligned deal flow without the noise of unsolicited outreach.
Program Phases
From Submission to Qualified Introduction.
01
Opportunity Submission
Submit Your Opportunity for Review
The program begins with a formal submission. Founders and project owners provide a clear overview of the opportunity; sector, structure, stage, capital requirement, and supporting materials. Incomplete submissions are not reviewed.
Submission Requirements
Defined sector within our focus areas
Clear capital structure and use of proceeds
Credible opportunity owner or operator
Supporting materials available for review
02
Internal Screening
Structured Review Against Program Criteria
Every submission is assessed against a structured set of internal criteria before any capital partner is contacted. We evaluate sector relevance, deal structure, stage, geography, and the overall quality and credibility of the opportunity. Opportunities that do not meet the threshold do not proceed.
Screening Criteria
Sector and geography alignment
Deal structure and stage suitability
Completeness and quality of materials
Credibility and track record of the opportunity owner
03
Mandate Alignment
Matching Against Capital Partner Mandates
Screened opportunities are assessed against the active mandates of relevant capital partners in our network. We look for genuine alignment; sector, stage, structure, geography, and ticket size. We do not make speculative introductions. If alignment does not exist, the opportunity does not move forward at this stage.
Alignment Criteria
Sector and stage match to capital partner mandate
Geographic and structural fit
Ticket size within mandate parameters
Confirmed capital partner interest before introduction
04
Introduction Preparation
Preparing Both Parties for a Productive Conversation
Before any introduction is made, we work with both the opportunity owner and the capital partner to ensure both parties are prepared. This includes confirming mutual interest, aligning on materials, and establishing a clear basis for the first conversation. Neither party is introduced without their explicit consent.
Preparation Steps
Mutual interest confirmed by both parties
Materials reviewed and aligned
Basis for introduction clearly established
Explicit consent from both parties
05
Qualified Introduction
A Direct, Qualified Introduction
Once both parties are prepared and mutual interest is confirmed, Dxxon Connect facilitates a direct introduction. From this point, the relationship and all subsequent discussions are between the opportunity owner and the capital partner. Dxxon Connect does not participate in, advise on, or influence any post-introduction discussions or decisions.
Introduction Terms
Direct introduction facilitated by Dxxon Connect
All subsequent discussions are between the two parties
Dxxon Connect does not participate post-introduction
No advisory role in negotiations or decisions
Important Notice
The Capital Connection Program is a facilitation service only. Dxxon Connect does not act as a placement agent, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser. We do not provide investment advice, conduct due diligence on behalf of any party, or guarantee the outcome of any introduction.
