Dxxon Connect follows a disciplined five-step process to identify whether meaningful alignment exists between an opportunity and a capital partner, then facilitates a qualified introduction when it does.
Dxxon Connect does not make investment decisions, provide investment advice, or act as a broker-dealer. Our role is limited to identifying potential alignment and facilitating introductions between parties. All investment decisions remain solely with the capital partner.

Identifying Opportunities Worth Reviewing
We receive and review opportunities from founders, project owners, and operators across our focus sectors. Not every opportunity proceeds, as we apply an initial filter based on sector relevance, stage, structure, and the completeness of available materials before moving forward.

Screen
Applying a Structured Screening Process
Opportunities that pass initial review are assessed against a structured set of criteria; sector fit, deal structure, geography, stage, and the quality of the opportunity itself. We look for clarity, credibility, and completeness. Incomplete or misaligned opportunities do not proceed.
Screening is conducted by Dxxon Connect and does not constitute due diligence on behalf of any capital partner.

Align
Matching Against Capital Partner Mandates
Screened opportunities are assessed against the investment mandates, sector focus, stage preferences, and geographic criteria of relevant capital partners in our network. Alignment must be genuine, we do not make introductions where fit is marginal or speculative.
Mandate information is maintained on a relationship basis and may not reflect all current capital partner criteria.

Coordinate
Preparing Both Parties for a Qualified Conversation
Where meaningful alignment is identified, we work with both the opportunity owner and the capital partner to ensure both parties are prepared for a productive first conversation. This includes confirming mutual interest, aligning on materials, and establishing a clear basis for the introduction.
Coordination support is provided as a facilitation service only.

Connect
Facilitating the Qualified Introduction
Once both parties are prepared and mutual interest is confirmed, we facilitate a direct introduction. From that point, the relationship and any subsequent discussions, negotiations, or decisions are between the opportunity owner and the capital partner directly.
Dxxon Connect does not participate in, advise on, or influence any discussions or decisions that follow the introduction.
